Not another app to check. A hire.

The employee you could never afford,

Emails, scheduling, follow-ups, paperwork, the marketing you keep putting off. Text it like you'd text an employee. SCOR does the work in the apps you already use, and asks you before anything goes out.

You did not go into business to spend Sunday on paperwork.

Six things everybody who runs their own place says.

01
"My inbox is out of control."
So it sorts it
It reads what came in, tells you what actually needs you, and has the replies already written. You read them and hit send.
02
"I forgot to follow up."
So it remembers
Quotes, proposals, applications, leads that went quiet. It knows what went out and never came back, and it nudges once so you don't have to feel rude.
03
"Scheduling takes six emails."
So it handles it
Tell it to get somebody on your calendar and it works out the back-and-forth, then shows you the invite before it goes.
04
"Nothing is written down where it should be."
So it writes it down
The call happened, the deal moved, the client said yes. It updates the records for you instead of leaving it for a Sunday.
05
"I know my marketing is bad. I just don't have time for it."
So it keeps it going
The post that never got written, the newsletter that skipped a month, the video you don't know how to edit, the review you never asked for. It gets them ready on a schedule and waits for your yes.
06
"I keep doing the same thing every week."
So you say it once
Tell it once and pick the day. Monday morning, the numbers land. Friday, the follow-ups go out. First of the month, the invoices are drafted. You get told when it's done, and you can stop it any time.
Sunday afternoon, doing paperwork. Nine at night, still on email. The quote you never sent. The follow-up you forgot. The post you meant to write. Not anymore. Sunday afternoon, doing paperwork. It asks before it does anything big.

Straight answers.

How do I actually talk to it?
Text it, or open it in your browser and type. Same assistant either way.
Is this only for trades and shops?
No. It's for anyone who runs the place and answers for it. Barbers, plumbers and gym owners, but also CPAs, financial advisors, agents, clinics and nonprofits. Underneath it's the same work: your calendar, your people, your follow-ups, your money coming in.
I handle private client records. Is that a problem?
Your data stays yours and is not used to train anything. You control what it can see and what it can send. For anything client-facing you can require your approval on every message.
Does it answer the phone?
No. SCOR Agent works your email, calendar and records. It doesn't take calls.
What if it gets something wrong?
You pick what it does by itself. Everything else it holds and asks you first. You can read every message it sent and step in whenever you want.
Can it do things on a schedule?
Yes. Say it once and pick the day and time. A Monday numbers summary, Friday follow-ups, month-end invoices. It runs on its own and tells you when it's done. Anything that goes out to a customer still waits for your yes.
Do I need to learn new software?
No. If you can type a text message, you can use it. It plugs into the accounts you already have.
What does it cost?
$99 a month per seat, plus a usage balance you fund up front — $25 minimum. Every task draws from the balance you set, and your dashboard always shows what's left. Full details on the pricing page.
